1. Who we are and who sells the Pass
Prep to Wed is provided by Appcellent Yazılım Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, Cumhuriyet Mah. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Blv. Cadde 224 A Blok No: 41 A/A, 16210 Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye (“Appcellent”, “we”). Email: support@preptowed.com.
The Wedding Pass is sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, sends your receipt and handles sales tax and VAT. When you buy, you buy from Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms, and we provide the service. The Paddle company depends on where you live:

2. What Prep to Wed is
Prep to Wed is a web planner for your wedding: seating chart, guest list, budget, checklist, day-of timeline, an RSVP link, a wedding website and printables. You don’t need an account. Your plan is saved in your browser on your device, not on our servers.
Auto-seating follows the rules you set and explains its choices, but you decide. Check names, tables and proofs before you print or send anything.
We never email or text your guests. If you create an RSVP link or a wedding website, you share it yourself. The privacy policy explains what the RSVP form and the website store, who can see them and when they are deleted.
3. Free features and the Wedding Pass
Free, at any size: planning, rules, auto-seating, the guest list, RSVP link, budget, checklist, timeline, the basic PDF lists and the free tools.
Included now. The Wedding Pass adds:
- Designed print studio: poster, escort cards, place cards and table numbers
- Caterer pack with meals and allergies per table
- Wedding website: schedule, travel, RSVP, FAQ and registry links on one page, with an optional guest password
- Find-my-table QR on your seating poster: guests scan it, type their full name and see their table
Prints from the studio come without the “Preview” mark.
Coming to the Pass. These features are not available yet and have no launch date. When they launch, they are included in your Pass at no extra cost for as long as your Pass is valid:
- Shared editing with your partner, family and helpers
- Cloud save and version history
- Separate plans for up to 4 events, such as rehearsal, ceremony, reception and brunch
- Your own domain for the wedding site
Please buy the Pass for what it does today. We will not take away a Pass feature you already have while your Pass is valid.
With 40 guests or fewer, the print studio and caterer pack are free too. Publishing the wedding website always needs a Pass, at any size; you can edit and preview it for free. Unpublishing or deleting the site takes it offline at once, and so does a refund or chargeback of your Pass. One Pass covers up to 3 wedding websites. An address you reserve but never publish is freed for others after 60 days.
Connecting your own domain needs a domain you already own; you pay your registrar for it and add the records we show you. Until custom domain setup opens, your site lives at preptowed.com/w/your-name.
4. One payment, no subscription
The Wedding Pass is a single payment: $29 · £25 · €29 · A$45 · C$39, depending on your country. Prices include sales tax or VAT where it applies. Paddle’s checkout shows the final total before you pay. Nothing renews and there is no trial, so there is nothing to cancel.
One Pass covers one wedding. It stays valid until 12 months after your wedding date. You can change the date in your plan.
The Pass is saved in your browser. On another device or browser, use “Already bought? Restore it” in the planner: enter the email you paid with, and we send you a link that unlocks it there.
5. Refunds
Ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. The refund policy explains how. After a refund, the Pass features lock again; your plan and the free features keep working. This does not reduce any right you have under the law where you live.
6. Using Prep to Wed
- You must be 18 or older to buy a Pass.
- You add your guests’ details. Add only what you need for the wedding, and ask about allergies or diets only with your guests’ consent (the RSVP form asks them for it).
- Use the RSVP link only to collect answers for your own wedding. Don’t use it to collect data for anything else.
- Your wedding website is for your own wedding. Publish only text and photos you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful. We may take a site offline that breaks this.
- Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it at scale or resell it to others.
7. Our software and your content
Prep to Wed, its software, designs, templates and texts belong to Appcellent. You may use them, and print what you make with them, for your own wedding. What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you (for example, to show your RSVP form to your guests, or to publish your wedding website).
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Prep to Wed running and correct, but it can have errors or pauses.
Your plan lives in your browser. Clearing your browser data deletes it, and we cannot recover it. Export or print what matters to you.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for the typical damage we could foresee, up to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.
These limits do not apply to harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any right that the law where you live does not let us limit or exclude (for example your consumer rights in the EU, the UK, Australia or Canada).
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. There is no arbitration clause and no class action waiver.
If a part of these terms is not valid, the rest stays in force. We may change these terms. We post a change here at least 30 days before it applies, and a change never takes away what you already paid for. The date of this version is at the top of the page.
10. Country notes
EU and UK: you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase. Our 14-day refund gives you the same, without giving a reason, even if you have already used the Pass.
Canada: the Pass is sold by Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd.
Australia: nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
