Questions about seating charts

How many tables do I need?

Divide your guests by the seats per table and round up. The table calculator does it, with a floor sketch.

How does auto-seat decide?

It follows your rules, not a guess. Keep-apart and keep-together rules can be firm or a preference, and households stay together. Every plan comes with the reasons, including any preference it had to relax.

Do I need an account?

No. Your plan is saved in this browser. Download a backup to move it. With a Wedding Pass, the email you paid with restores the Pass on another browser, not the plan.

Is this the same as a table plan?

Yes. A table plan is the UK name for a seating chart. The Pass is £25 in the UK, and printables come in A4 and A-sizes as well as US Letter.

What if I change my mind about the Pass?

You get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. The Pass is one payment for one wedding. It stays active until 12 months after your wedding day, and nothing renews.
